Please note that in the analyst conference call held on December 3, 2008 (a recording of which is available on this webpage), Peter Bauer, our Chief Executive Officer, stated that Infineon has fully paid a $160 million fine assessed by the United States Department of Justice in connection with certain antitrust claims. As the company has previously disclosed, this fine is payable in installments through 2009. The final installment of this fine in the amount of $25 million plus interest is payable in October 2009.
